|  |  The Strait-Highlands Regional Development Agency and Cabot Trail Working Association is rolling out the Cabot Trail Façade Program and hosting four information sessions in April.
Eligible businesses for the program are those who have a civic address on the Cabot Trail or are plain view and have direct access to the Cabot Trail.
The Cabot Trail Façade Program is offered as an incentive for businesses and commercial property owners to improve their storefronts. It is a 50/50 cost sharing program that is available to eligible participants while program funding is available.

Cabot Trail Facade Application Package
As a business owner and or building owner in the designated Cabot Trail area, you are invited to submit an application upon having interest in the program and also meeting program guidelines. The Cabot Trail Application Package is located in the links in the left menu of this page (Cabot Trail Façade Improvement Program Guidelines, Façade Application Schedule, Application, Request for Quotes Form, Notice – Guidelines When Using Own Contracting Company to Perform Your Façade, List of Contractors/Suppliers (partial list), Management Committee Members).
Once you have reviewed the package feel free to contact the Cabot Trail Façade Project Coordinator, Lucille Timmons, to address any questions you may have. Cabot Trail Facade Program Packages will be available and distributed at regional meetings.
