Harvest the Wind

Harvest The Wind is an annual wind energy event that's designed to encourage and help people understand renewable energy and more specifically wind energy in the province of Nova Scotia. The event helps inspire, educate, and empower Atlantic Canadians looking to receive knowledge in this field. The conferences unite local landowners, businesses, industry experts, and municipal and community representatives to share their knowledge in all areas of wind energy and build inspiration to participate in the wind energy business or invest in a community project.

Harvest the Wind completed its 3rd annual conference on April 27, 2012, and has big plans to continue its growth in our province. Total conference attendee’s each year has grown by about 40%, and serves as evidence to the fact that the desire to learn about Wind Energy and it’s opportunities in our province is becoming more and more evident. Harvest the Wind is becoming the standard for wind energy education in Nova Scotia.

Event Highlights include:
  • Presentations from leading industry experts
  • Q & A Discussion Panel
